Prospeere provides a financial management platform that allows users to track expenses by sending photos of receipts and invoices via WhatsApp. Our system automatically extracts and categorizes expense information and presents it in a web dashboard.
We do not provide financial advice, tax preparation services, or accounting services. Our platform is a tool to help you organize your financial information, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of your financial records or decisions.
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:
Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services
Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Services
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material

By submitting content to the Services (including receipt images), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit, and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Prospeere. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
